Job summary

TRACKS Integrated Services is seeking a motivated Warehouse & Operations Officer in Darwin, NT. This full-time role covers hands-on warehouse work and supportive office duties, reporting to the Operations Manager.

You’ll manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing and coordinating deliveries, with opportunities for development in a growing logistics business.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics or transport.
• Experience in customer service or administration.
• Inventory management responsibilities.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Current Driver Licence.
• Desirable: Forklift Licence.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and dispatch freight.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
• Load and unload vehicles safely.
• Maintain inventory and complete stock transactions.
• Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Book freight and prepare delivery documentation.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with delivery scheduling.
• Support daily warehouse operations and identify process improvements.

Working Hours

• Full-time, 38 hours per week
• Flexible start times (typically 6:00am, 7:30am or 8:30am) based on operational requirements
• Advance notice of rosters provided

Key Responsibilities
