Qualifications

• LF High Risk Licence required or LO licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and check inbound freight.
• Prepare and dispatch customer orders.
• Operate LF forklift and LO order picker where licensed.
• Putaway and replenish stock.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Handle bulk pallet movements and order consolidation.
• Perform daily cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Support team across all warehouse operations.

Unlike many warehouse roles, we're not a high-volume e‑commerce pick and pack operation. Our focus is on palletised freight, bulk storage, and larger order movements, giving you exposure to all aspects of warehouse operations rather than repetitive small‑item picking.

Your Role Will Include:

• Receiving, unloading, and checking inbound freight

What We’re Looking For:

• A current LF High Risk Work Licence (LO licence highly regarded)

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic

• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in their work

• A willingness to help across all areas of warehouse operations

• A proactive approach and willingness to learn new skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Good communication and numeracy skills

• Ability to safely perform manual handling and physical warehouse duties
