Job summary

SANECTOR Adelaide, SA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a high-performing team in our wine and beverage distribution operations. You will own daily warehouse performance, drive improvements, manage labour and equipment costs, and report outcomes to the Site Manager.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm, with responsibilities including coaching staff, maintaining stock control, ensuring safety, and delivering budgeted results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leadership experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong inventory management and stock control experience.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Valid driver's license and forklift license.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing warehouse team to consistently achieve operational targets.
• Coach and develop the warehouse team supporting employee performance and development.
• Take ownership of warehouse performance and deliver measurable results.
• Deliver budget outcomes through labour, equipment and cost control.
• Report operational performance and outcomes to management.
