Responsibilities

• Lead the daily warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse team activities.
• Plan workloads and ensure priorities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Support picking, packing, dispatch, customer pickups, and freight activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts, and physical counts.
• Coordinate couriers, freight providers, imports, and incoming shipments.
• Ensure accurate documentation, traceability, and recordkeeping.
• Drive safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the operation.
