• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, dispatch, inventory, stores, or similar operational environment.

• Customer-service mindset with confidence communicating by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, pack, label, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Support handling, storage, and dispatch of semen, bovine embryos, and other livestock genetic materials.
• Coordinate freight bookings, courier runs, and dispatch activities.
• Receive incoming goods and returns with accurate documentation and traceability.
• Complete inventory transactions, stock movements, and inventory reconciliations.
• Use systems such as Monday.com and Jiwa to manage orders, shipments, and stock records.
• Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and supply chain teams to adapt to changing priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, dispatch, inventory, stores, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working at pace.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Customer-service mindset with confidence communicating by phone and email.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new business systems and processes.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties and safely work around cryogenic storage equipment and liquid nitrogen.
• Experience in agriculture, livestock, animal genetics, freight, or inventory systems is advantageous.
• Forklift license, or willingness to obtain one, is preferred.
