Matthews Cleaning Co. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage our NSW warehouse operations with consistent daytime hours. You’ll use a modern warehouse kiosk system for check-outs, returns, and stock logs, ensuring accuracy and reliability in daily duties. A measured, dependable approach is valued.

Responsibilities

• Run the warehouse kiosk system and manage check-outs/returns, log restocks and damage reports.
• Receive, check, and store incoming stock and deliveries.
• Keep stock levels accurate and flag reorders before shortages.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for cleaners and supervisors.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised.
• Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for staff collecting gear.
