Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Lidcombe, Sydney is seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer on a casual basis, approximately 20 hours per week, with potential to flex to full-time to cover planned leave. This busy operations role requires strong time management, clear communication and good organisational skills.

You will assist with picking, packing and preparing orders, receiving stock, conducting routine stock counts, and supporting waste management and recycling.

Qualifications

• LF forklift license is advantageous.
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in warehouse or inventory is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to do manual handling.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and good organisation.
• Computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfilment: assist with picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch or collection by technicians.
• Receiving: assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments; verify quantities against packing lists.
• Inventory control: perform routine stock counts and identify discrepancies.
• Waste management: assist with decanting waste from wheelie bins into large waste bins for collection.
• Recycling: assist with cleaning and recycling stock returned from the field.
• Leave cover: flex hours to cover planned leave of other team members.
