Job summary

Harvey Norman Caringbah Warehouse is seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee dispatch and receiving, coach staff and ensure outstanding customer service. You will coordinate daily warehouse operations, liaise with customers, and drive efficient processes to meet deadlines.

Successful candidates will have strong communication, be highly organised, experienced in warehouse management, and able to rost­er staff, schedule shifts, and maintain WH&S compliance across busy trading hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Be highly motivated and results driven with outstanding customer service.
• Highly organised with strong time management.
• Experience in warehouse management.
• Ability to lead and roster staff, coach and motivate a team.

• Experience checking delivery sheets.
• Efficient distribution of goods and loading of trucks.
• Strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.
• Willingness to learn with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends and holidays.
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred).
