Job summary

Programmed is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our busy manufacturing site in Minto, NSW. The role involves machine operation, pick and pack, dispatch duties, and light assembly with hand and power tools.

You will read technical drawings, maintain a clean and safe workspace and contribute to efficient daily operations. This is a Monday–Friday, day-shift role starting at 6am, with long-term opportunities in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehousing operations.
• Experience with machine operations is highly regarded.
• Experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments is valued.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions.
