Job summary

Organika is hiring for a warehouse role based at Noosaville, QLD. You will split your week between the warehouse floor and driving tasks, handling picking, packing, and stock control with a focus on quality and accuracy.

We require a readiness to obtain or hold an MR/HR truck licence. Forklift training is provided, and there are opportunities to grow as the warehouse and delivery function scales with the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse picking and packing.
• Ability to maintain stock accuracy and count supplies.
• Comfort with forklift operation after training.

Responsibilities

• Pick & pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enforce FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and monitor near-expiry issues.
• Receive deliveries, check dockets, and log discrepancies.
• Contribute to weekly stock counts and reporting to the store team.
• Maintain clear warehouse zones and labeling for fast picking.
• Perform delivery driving to stores, with forklift training provided.
