Job summary

Simon National Carriers is seeking a Warehouse Leading Hand at our Moorebank, NSW depot to oversee daily warehouse operations. A can-do attitude and hands-on leadership are essential to drive efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of supervisory warehouse experience, a valid LF forklift license, and experience handling high-value items. The role requires dependability, punctuality, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• A valid LF forklift license is mandatory.
• Experience handling high-value items and general freight including machinery.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming and outgoing freight and supervise warehouse staff.
• Operate forklift and assist with loading/unloading as required.
• Pick orders, pack, and prepare items for dispatch with accurate paperwork.
• Conduct inventory checks and ensure stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with QA procedures and company processes.
