Job summary
Local Workforce Hire is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for immediate start across diverse onsite roles with strong pay and regular casual shifts. Opportunities for permanent employment may arise for dependable workers.
Applicants should have at least 12 months of general labouring or Trade Assistant experience, a Construction White Card and a current driver’s licence. Able to perform physically demanding work and maintain reliability will fit well.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
- Construction White Card.
- Current Driver Licence with reliable transport (preferred).
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High safety awareness and PPE compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist across commercial and residential landscaping and construction projects.
- Support warehouse fit-outs, pallet racking installations and shopfitting tasks.
- Provide general labour across manufacturing and industrial sites.
- Prepare sites, wheelbarrow materials and assist tradespeople.
- Unloading containers and site clean-ups.
