• Knowledge in Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory and Stocks control.
• High level computer skills and competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong ERP System background.
• High transactional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Diploma or Certificate Holder is an advantage for the position.

• Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, shipping, cycle count and other activities assigned by the department manager.
• Ensure on-time delivery and verify orders processed to meet targets.
• Double check transactions and tasks for accuracy.
• Follow work procedures with high accuracy and promote safe working practices.
• Ensure receiving, picking, packing and parts transfer are done with high accuracy.
• Follow SOPs and 5S practices; identify opportunities for process improvement.

About the role

The Warehouse Operator supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, shipping, cycle count and other activities assigned by the department manager. The role is customer focus driven and requires support of all ISO standards related to quality management systems and continuous improvement objectives.

Key responsibilities

Support delivery performance for assigned jobs and deliver on time

Check and monitor job orders are processed to make sure target delivery will be attained

Double check transactions and tasks being done

Follow work procedures with high accuracy

Promote a work safe practice and check safety requirements before doing or allocating job to team members

Ensure all receiving, picking, packing and parts transfer are done with high accuracy

Ensure work instructions and SOPs are followed in a diligent manner

Implement and follow 5S practices

Review current process for opportunities for improvement including training

Identify opportunities to simplify process to eliminate occurrence of defect, reduce processing time, reduce cost

About you
