Job summary

Belron’s O’Brien brand in Sydney is hiring a Warehouse Operator with High Reach Forklift experience to join the National Distribution Centre. If you’re hands-on, safety-focused and seeking a long-term opportunity, this role fits you.

You’ll operate High Reach Forklifts, load/unload containers, receive stock, pick and dispatch, while upholding safe work practices. Day shift 11:30am–8:00pm, $42.22ph + Super, with pathways to relocation to Badgerys Creek in 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months warehouse + high-reach forklift experience.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Physically fit and able to lift/pick glass products.
• Full Australian work rights.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach Forklifts.
• Load/unload containers.
• Receive stock and manage inventory.
• Pick, pack and prepare dispatch.
• Handle and load windscreens safely.
• Maintain safe work practices.
• Minimise breakage through correct handling.
