Job summary

NW People Group Pty Ltd in Moss Vale is seeking an experienced forklift driver to join our fast-paced distribution team. You will safely operate LF forklifts or LO order picker equipment, move stock around the warehouse, and support inbound/outbound operations.

The role requires a current LF forklift licence, LO licence (or willingness to obtain), at least 6 months' LF forklift experience, and a commitment to safety. Shifts include day and afternoon, onsite parking provided.

Qualifications

• LF forklift licence is required.

• Experience using RF scanners is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate LF forklift or LO order picker safely and efficiently.

• Replenish stock to designated warehouse locations.
• Move inventory to support inbound and outbound operations.
• Conduct routine equipment safety checks.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily productivity targets.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced warehouse operators to join a fast-paced distribution environment. You'll be responsible for safely operating forklifts or order picker equipment, moving stock throughout the warehouse, and supporting inbound and outbound operations.

Your Duties Will Include:

• Operating an LF Forklift or LO Order Picker safely and efficiently
• Loading, unloading, and transporting stock throughout the warehouse

• Following all workplace health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment

About You:

• Current LF Forklift Licence and either current LO Order Picker Licence or willing to obtain LO Licence
• Minimum 6 months' experience operating an LF forklift
• Experience using RF scanners is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Full Australian working rights
• Available for Monday to Friday shifts
