Job summary

people2people is seeking a Warehouse & Customer Service Team Member to support our warehouse and customer operations in Sydney. The role is hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys active work, collaboration and delivering quality results.

You will be involved across day-to-day warehouse operations—from picking orders to stock receiving, checking and organisation. A forklift licence is required and construction or related industry experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, logistics or labouring experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, hands-on and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers, suppliers and team.
• Pick, prepare and load customer orders accurately.
• Receive, check, store and organise incoming stock.
• Load and unload trucks, vehicles and containers.
• Complete stocktakes and report inventory discrepancies.
• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
• Assist with deliveries and general warehouse duties.
