Job summary

Harvey Norman in Grafton is seeking a passionate delivery driver who will be responsible for dispatching and receiving orders, and liaising with customers to deliver excellent service.

Applicants should be highly motivated, with strong communication and time management skills, and hold a current MR truck licence. The role supports career progression within a national retail brand and offers generous staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and dispatch goods, liaising with customers to ensure service.
• Check delivery sheets and distribute goods in/out of the warehouse.
• Assist loading of trucks and maintain WH&S standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution during retail hours including weekends.

The Harvey Norman Grafton Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Delivery Driver to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Delivery Driver, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills


• Enjoy working in a team environment

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written

• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail


• Experience checking delivery sheets


• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks


• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures


• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a \"can do\" attitude


• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines


• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades


• Current MR truck licence is required
