Job summary

Good Drinks Australia Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator/Forklift Operator to join our production team in a busy, fast-paced facility. You will operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods and equipment, pick orders and load trucks for distribution across our brands.

The role requires a current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF), strong attention to detail, reliability and a safety-first approach in a noisy, physically demanding environment. PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct products and quantities.
• Safety-first mindset and reliability in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to perform manual handling in a noisy, hot/cold environment.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator/Forklift operator to join our strong and committed production team at Good Drinks Australia. You'll be coming into a busy and fast-paced work environment. The role involves operating forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and equipment throughout the facility, picking orders, and loading trucks with much-loved brands ready for the masses.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll need:

• A current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF)
• A sharp eye for detail: the right product, the right quantity, the right truck
• A safety-first mindset, for yourself and the people around you
• Reliability and honesty: you turn up, own your work and speak up when something’s not right
• Clear communication and the ability to follow instructions
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills, especially when priorities shift mid-shift
• The ability to do manual handling and work in a physically demanding environment with noise, heat and cold (PPE provided)

Nice to have:

• Experience in replenishment, dispatch or pick-and-pack
• Experience with RF scanners or a warehouse management system
