Job summary

Cadia Group is seeking an energetic Warehouse Coordinator for the new Toowoomba branch. The role centers on leading day-to-day warehouse operations, coordinating dispatch and logistics, and ensuring orders are picked, packed and delivered accurately.

You will drive safety, efficiency and high presentation standards in a fast-paced environment. You will manage inventory, lead the warehouse team, coordinate freight and facilities, and identify improvement opportunities to optimise performance.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years leading warehouse operations.
  • Current forklift licence and safe operation experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Commitment to HSEQ standards and proactive problem solving.
  • Organised and systems-savvy with ERP experience.

Responsibilities

And now,our team is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to lead operations at our new Toowoomba branch.

About the Role

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role as aWarehouse Coordinator, where you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations—coordinating warehouse activities, managing dispatch and logistics, and making sure customer orders are picked, packed and delivered accurately and on time.

No two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping the warehouse running safely, efficiently and smoothly, while coordinating deliveries, including stock transfers to remote depots. You’ll also take ownership of HSEQ and facility management, ensuring our warehouse meets the highest standards of safety, compliance and presentation.

We move fast, think big and keep it simple—and we’re looking for a hands-on, organised and proactive Warehouse Coordinator who’s ready to take ownership, keep things moving and make a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring a safe, organised and efficient environment that meets HSEQ and Jaybro standards.

  • Lead, coach and support the warehouse team, fostering a positive, accountable culture through toolbox talks, onboarding, team meetings and performance management.

  • Oversee inventory and workforce management, including stock control, cycle counts, audits, timesheets and labour allocation to maximise accuracy and efficiency.

  • Coordinate freight, logistics, plant, equipment and facilities, ensuring operations remain safe, compliant and running smoothly.

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities, using operational insights and reporting to improve processes, efficiency and overall warehouse performance.

Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experiencein leading warehouse operations, with a strong understanding of receiving, dispatch, inventory and logistics coordination.

  • Current Forklift Licencewith demonstrated experience and confidence operating forklifts safely and efficiently.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support, motivate and develop a high-performing team.

  • Safety-first mindsetwith a demonstrated commitment to HSEQ standards, proactive problem-solving and sound decision-making.

  • Highly organised and systems-savvy, with experience using ERP systems and the ability to build strong working relationships across the business.
