Job summary

Diageo is seeking a reliable Warehouse Coordinator for a 6AM–2PM shift at our Huntingwood site in New South Wales. The role focuses on safe, accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

We value LF forklift experience, RF gun proficiency, and strong teamwork. The successful candidate will uphold health and safety standards and contribute to efficient operations in a busy manufacturing and distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence and experience operating forklifts safely
• RF gun/scanner experience required for accurate picking
• Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience and strong safety focus
• High attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanning to pick, pack, and process orders
• Ensure orders are processed correctly and dispatched on time
• Safely operate forklifts per site procedures
• Follow safety policies and safe work practices
• Identify hazards and report incidents immediately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

About the Function

Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world. About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Coordinator (6AM-2PM) to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse/operations environment and is committed to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanning (RF gun) to pick, pack, and process orders accurately
• Ensure products/orders are processed correctly and dispatched on time
• Safely operate forklifts in line with site procedures
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices
• Identify and report hazards, damages, or incidents immediately
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership

Experience / Skills Required

• Forklift experience is essential (valid license required)
• RF gun/scanner experience is essential
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Good communication skills
