Job summary

MPAU Technology is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse automation projects across the ANZ region with a focus on AMR and logistics solutions. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience in logistics or automation, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate across Asia-Pacific, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering and Automation, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in handling projects with good project management skills.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations, logistic management, or solution design in 3PL, automation or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of project management cycle. Develop the project process plan and negotiate with both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Keep track of the project progress and report to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverable
• Conduct regular meetings with functional parties to gather business requirements, to provide professional consultation to stakeholders.
• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, UAT and all kinds of implementation activities.
• Supervise and support junior colleagues on project risks measures, and ensure project delivery accordingly to the project milestones.
