BLU by Adcorp in Rocklea, Brisbane, is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Assistant for a busy wholesale flower operation. You will support receivals, stock organisation and order preparation in a small team environment.

The role features early starts (2:00–4:00 am) and a focus on accuracy, safety and tidy stock presentation, plus opportunities to develop forklift skills while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is essential and must be current.
• Available for early start times (2:00–4:00 am).
• Reliable with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Willingness to perform manual warehouse duties.
• Experience in a warehouse, wholesale or market environment preferred.
• Experience handling flowers or fresh produce is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading deliveries, including operating a forklift.
• Inspecting and sorting flowers, checking quality and preparing stock for storage and display.
• Assisting with stocktakes, stock rotation and monitoring storage conditions.
• Maintaining stock presentation, rotation and quality in the showrooms.
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for delivery.
• Keeping warehouse and storage areas clean, organised and safe.
• General warehouse duties under the direction of the Receivals Team Leader.

BLU is seeking a reliable, hands‑on Warehouse Assistant to join our client's busy wholesale flower operation in Rocklea.

Working under the direction of the Receivals Team Leader, you'll assist with receiving deliveries, checking flower quality, organising stock and preparing customer orders. This is an active role suited to someone who enjoys working in a team and takes pride in getting the details right.

Hours and availability

You must be available to work early morning starts, with approximately 24-38 hours per week:

• Monday and Thursday: 2:00 am starts
• Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 4:00 am starts

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and unloading deliveries, including operating a forklift.
• Inspecting and sorting flowers, checking quality and preparing stock for storage and display.
• Assisting with stocktakes, stock rotation and monitoring storage conditions.
• Maintaining stock presentation, rotation and quality in the showrooms.

• A current, valid Forklift Licence - essential.
