Job summary

seek.com.au in Sydney's Lane Cove is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our busy warehouse on a permanent full-time basis. This hands-on role covers picking, packing, dispatch and stock control.

You will load/unload goods, work with forklift (if trained), and maintain a safe, tidy workspace while delivering reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• Valid and current driver’s licence.
• Experience in pick‑packing, dispatch or warehousing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy items and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Booking in freight via online portals and over the phone.
• Load/unload delivery vehicles, forklift‑assisted.
• Regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
• Serve customers by processing orders and invoicing.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to join our team on a permanent full time basic at our Lane Cove warehouse.

About the role:

As the Warehouse Assistant, you will play an important role in the day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse. This is a hands‑on position suitable for someone who enjoys fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders accurately and efficiently

Booking in freight via online portals and over the phone

Load/Unload delivery vehicles manually and forklift‑assisted

Perform regular stock count and inventory checks

Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse

Serving Customers - Processing orders and invoicing

About you

Valid and Current Driver Licence

Previous experience in pick‑packing, dispatch and or general warehousing
