A community support organization in Parramatta is seeking a Leading Hand to supervise and support a team of employees with disabilities. The successful candidate will have warehouse experience and the ability to coordinate tasks effectively. This role offers a rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment focused on inclusion and support. Salary packaging options and flexible work arrangements are available.
Purpose of the Leading Hand role at Achievable Enterprises
As a Leading Hand, you will provide supervision, guidance and support to Supported Employees, empowering and enabling them to perform work tasks and achieve their employment and personal goals, as detailed in their Individual Employment Plans; whilst achieving commercial outcomes.
Working hours are Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 3:30pm or 8am to 4pm
