Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking a proactive Warehouse Administrator to oversee inbound/outbound loads, documentation, and day-to-day warehouse processes on the Sunshine Coast.

You will coordinate with QA, transport, and drivers, manage load-out planning, and ensure accuracy of shipment documents while supporting continuous improvement in efficient operations. Strong communication, detail orientation, and ERP system experience (e.g., D365) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure inbound and outbound loads run smoothly.
• Manage load-out planning and adjust in real time to maintain efficiency.
• Act as central point of communication between warehouse, QA, transport and drivers.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipment documentation (load sheets, delivery dockets, MTCs).
• Monitor pallet movements, investigate discrepancies, and maintain asset control processes.
• Support compliance by maintaining traceability, audit readiness, and adherence to QA and customer standards.
• Contribute to daily operational reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy and efficiency.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This position plays a key role in warehouse operations by overseeing documentation, systems, and communication for inbound and outbound loads, ensuring efficient truck turnaround times and accurate processing of all records.

• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing operational needs.
• Proactive problem-solver who can identify issues early and take ownership through to resolution.
• Experience with warehouse or ERP systems (e.g. D365 or similar).
• A team player who contributes to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
