Job summary

Mona Vale Hospital, part of Northern Sydney Local Health District, is hiring a Wardsperson to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This permanent full-time role focuses on the patient journey and movement of patients between wards and departments.

You will bring strong organisational skills, courtesy with colleagues at all levels, and the ability to work under supervision or independently as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• This NSW Health Category A position requires immunisation and screening for certain diseases.
• You will be required to complete the OASV Undertaking/ Declaration Form during recruitment.

What you’ll be doing

The Wardsperson works within a multidisciplinary team environment. It is diverse role which focuses on the patient journey throughout the hospital with an emphasis on the movement of patients between the wards and departments. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
