VENTORA Group is seeking experienced Wardrobe Installers and Sub-contractors for Stegbar Showers. This long-term opportunity offers continual training to expand product installation capabilities. The ideal candidate will work independently or in a team, delivering high-quality installations with safety and customer satisfaction as priorities.

Qualifications

White Card (Construction Induction) required.
Driver's license and work rights in Australia required.
Clean Police Check required.
ABN holder; Pty Ltd registration desirable.
Necessary insurances (Workers Compensation; Public Liability) required.
Possess own van suitable for transporting materials.
Have own tools required for installation work.

Responsibilities

Safely perform wardrobe installation responsibilities and ensure adherence to WHS procedures.
Plan, prepare and coordinate with customers to schedule installations.
Maintain professional communication to deliver a positive customer experience.
Represent the brand with pride and ensure quality and service standards are met.
Complete daily documentation and handle any invoicing/administration as required.
Comply with company policies and reporting requirements.
Contribute to broader tasks and projects as needed.
Operate with integrity and safety in all activities.
