Job summary

Stegbar Showers is seeking experienced Wardrobe Installers and Sub-contractors in Melbourne to join a well-established global organisation. You will work independently or with a team to install our range of wardrobe, shower screen, mirrors and glass splashbacks.

The role emphasises safety, quality and customer service, with opportunities for long-term subcontracting and ongoing training. You must have a white card, valid driver’s license, and be eligible to work in Australia; ABN and insurances

Qualifications

Must have Construction Induction White Card.
Must have valid Australian Driver's License.
Right to work in Australia.
Clean Police Check.
ABN holder; Pty Ltd registration desired.
Insurances: Workers Compensation; Public Liability; Vehicle insurance.
Own late model long wheel-based van (2.8 m+)
Own tools required for this work.

Responsibilities

Safe Work Practices: Maintain a safe work environment following WHS procedures.
Installation: Complete daily installation tasks to meet customer commitments with safety and quality focus.
Planning/Preparation & Customer Contact: Schedule access and installation with customers.
Service and Quality: Represent the brand with pride and deliver quality service.
Daily Completions: Submit daily documentation and payments where applicable.
Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to company policies and reporting requirements.
General: Contribute to broader tasks and projects of the business unit.
Adhere to all policies and compliance standards and act with integrity.
