Job summary

VENTORA Group's Stegbar Showers division is expanding and seeks experienced Wardrobe Installers and Sub-contractors across Geelong and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for the on-site installation of wardrobes, ensuring alignment with quality and safety standards.

Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team, and hold a White Card, a current Australian driver’s licence, and work rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Construction Induction White Card (White Card) is required.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Work Rights in Australia.
• ABN holder and Pty Ltd company registration is highly desirable.
• Public liability and workers compensation insurances are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safe Work Practices: maintain safety and comply with WHS procedures.
• Installation: perform wardrobe installations to meet quality standards.
• Planning/Preparation & Customer Contact: coordinate with customers before installation dates.
• Service and Quality: represent the brand with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Daily Completions: document work and invoice details as required.
• Compliance and Reporting: adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• General: contribute to broader business goals and safety culture.

Stegbar Showers are currently seeking experienced Wardrobe Installers and Sub-contractors.

This opportunity provides long term opportunities as continual training is available tothose wanting to learn how to install a wider range of products down the track.

As the installation of our products is thelast and vital link in our customer value chain, the motivated individual will share ourpassion for exceeding our customers' expectations and will deliver a lasting impressionof quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Work Practices: Take accountability for your own and others safety. Maintain a safe, supportive and hazard free work environment whilst always working in a safe manner in accordance with Company WHS procedures and practices.
• Installation: Ensure all daily planned installation requirements are actioned to meet our customer commitments (DIFOT) with a high focus on safety and quality.
• Planning/Preparation & Customer Contact: Proactively contribute to a pleasant and productive customer experience. Ensure all customers are contacted prior to Install date to arrange a mutually suitable time for access and installation.
• Service and Quality: Effectively represent the brand with pride and passion, meeting the company quality and service standards.
• Daily Completions: Submission of daily documentation and monies collected (where applicable) to the office each day to enable update of job completions and invoicing.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
• General: Contribute to the broader tasks, goals, plans and projects of the business unit as required.
• To ensure adherence with all company policies, procedures and compliance standards and always operate with integrity.

You must also hold the following

• Construction Induction White Card
• Valid Australian Driver's License
• Work Rights in Australia
• Clean Valid Police Check

To be considered for sub-contracting opportunity you must

• Be an ABN holder however Pty Ltd Company Registration - highly desirable
• Relevant insurances, such as Workers Compensation; Public Liability Insurance; Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance
• Your own late model long wheel based van - such as a Hi Ace Van (that can carry material min 2.8 m in length)
• Your own tools required to do this work

To be considered for this Sub Contractor opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate relevant experience, have a focus on customer service, quality and OH&S and ensure maximum productivity in all tasks relating to these jobs.

All successful candidates will have to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment as well as drug and alcohol screening.
