Ward 8A is looking for a ward clerk to join our team. Hours can be discussed at interview.

The Ward Clerk on a Ward 8A plays a vital administrative and coordination role, supporting the safe and efficient flow of patients through the unit. The post holder acts as the central point of contact for patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary clinical team, ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication, and smooth day-to-day ward operations.

Working in a fast-paced acute environment, the Ward Clerk helps maintain patient records, manages admissions and discharges. The role is essential in ensuring high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and organisational efficiency.
