Department of Health, Tasmania is seeking a dedicated Ward Clerk in Hobart to support the Inpatient Services Unit. You will provide high-quality administrative and clerical services to ensure timely patient care and smooth ward operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative processes relating to patient admissions, transfers and discharges while maintaining accurate patient records.
• Provide reception and communication support, including responding to telephone enquiries and assisting patients, visitors and staff.
• Undertake a range of clerical duties such as data entry, document management, appointment coordination and maintaining confidential information.
