Qualifications

This full-time Tiling Supervisor role at NSW Ultimate Solutions Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW offers an excellent opportunity to join an experienced and dynamic team. As the Tiling Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all tiling operations to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of tiling crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Oversee the planning and scheduling of tiling activities, allocating resources efficiently
• Monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to tiling teams, demonstrating technical expertise
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any concerns
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tiling processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Tiling Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge of tiling materials, methods, and quality standards
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and technical specifications
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and team leadership skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
