Job summary

Lucas Collective, a proudly founder-owned hospitality group home to Chin Chin, Maison Batârd, Society, Grill Americano and more, is seeking a dedicated Waitstaff to join its team and deliver a best-in-class guest experience.

Based in Melbourne's vibrant venues, the role requires at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant; a Victorian RSA certificate; and a friendly, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Waitstaff.
• Experience in high-volume, a-la-carte restaurant preferred.
• Can demonstrate a 3-plate carry.
• Excellent service and guest-focused approach.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor and teamwork.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Victorian RSA Certificate required.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• At least 1 year experience working as a Waitstaff
• Experience in a high-volume, a-la-carte restaurant is highly regarded
• Can demonstrate a 3-plate carry
• Exceptional service skills and guest focus
• Adaptable and have a "can do" attitude
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Friendly and approachable demeanour
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Victorian RSA Certificate
