Job summary

Lucas Collective is seeking a Senior Section Waitstaff to join our Melbourne team, delivering a best-in-class guest experience at a premium venue. You will bring at least 1 year of experience in a busy, high-end restaurant, with a passion for food and wine, immaculate presentation and outstanding guest service.

• Must be able to carry three plates.
• Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively.
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• A valid RSA certificate

We are looking for the industry’s finest Senior Section Waitstaff to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end, fast paced restaurant environment, strong passion and knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality.
