We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Wait Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a high standard of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Job summary:

  • Looking for candidates available to work:
    • Tuesday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
    • Wednesday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
    • Thursday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
    • Friday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
  • Serve meals and drinks efficiently while ensuring correct orders are delivered.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues.
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
  • Process payments accurately using POS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Adhere to venue policies, procedures, and standards of service.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service preferred (but not always required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and strong multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverages (wine and cocktail knowledge a plus).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (if applicable by state law).
