The Grounds are looking for Waitstaff across all our venues to join us in creating magical moments for every guest! If you're passionate about customer service, have an outgoing personality and great communication and love what you do, we want to meet you!

You have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar high volume venue.
• Great communication skills as well as approachability, personality and passion.
• You'll have a genuine love of what you do and a natural ability to interact with every guest.
• You are well presented, dynamic and love to go the extra mile.
• Solid understanding of what great service actually means.
• Full availability

You will definitely be doing this!

• Going above expectations to warmly greet, serve and facilitate The Grounds experience.
• Maintaining the high standard of our service and ensuring that customers' expectations are always exceeded.
• Working alongside a passionate team who give 100% in everything they do and genuinely love what they do.

Hosts - Previous hosting experience is essential. Knowledge of OpenTable is a big plus.

Section Waiters - Confident in running your section seamlessly while delivering top-tier service.

Take Away - It gets busy! Strong POS skills and clear, friendly communication are key.
