Job summary

Kafeneion in Melbourne's CBD at The Melbourne Supper Club is seeking experienced, positive and motivated casual FOH staff. You will work dinner and late-night service Monday to Saturday, with 1 or 2 late nights supported by a strong team.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in a fast-paced cafe or one-hat restaurant and are committed to developing their wine knowledge, service skills, and building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced cafe or one hat restaurant.
• Positive, motivated and available for 1 or 2 late nights.
• Excellent communication and ability to develop relationships with customers.

Kafeneionis a charming and authentic Greek restaurant operating in one of Melbourne’s most iconic CBD venues,The Melbourne Supper Club.

Open for dinner and late night supper from Monday to Saturday we are looking for experienced, positive & motivated casual FOH staff whoare happy doing 1 or 2 late nights.

Ideally candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced cafe or one hat restaurant and be someone who wants to make a long term commitment to developing their skills.

• Have an appreciation & sound knowledge of food, wine & service.
• Have an eye for detail and enjoy doing things the right way
• Enjoy and thrive working in a busy and controlled environment
• Wish to develop, expand and challenge your wine knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with our customers and work colleagues
• Are courteous & kind with a get up and go attitude.
