Job summary

Racing Victoria (RV) is seeking two Commercial Managers to lead media sales across wagering, industry and non-industry partners. You will sell media across Racing.com broadcast and digital assets, negotiate sponsorship agreements, and manage high-value partners end-to-end.

Reporting to the GM Commercial, the role requires a background in media sales with digital and broadcast experience, plus a strong network in wagering and sport.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in media sales, sports partnership or commercial partnerships.
• Experience selling media inventory across digital and broadcast platforms.
• Strong understanding of wagering, racing and broader sport landscape.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver a sports partnership and media sales strategy against annual revenue targets.
• Sell media across Racing.com broadcast and digital assets and secure new sponsorships.
• Negotiate, draft and execute sponsorship and media agreements.
• Manage key wagering, industry and sport partners, including renewals and campaign delivery.
• Own client relationships, proposals and pipeline in CRM.
