Job summary

TalentBlue, in partnership with a national design and construction company, is seeking a Melbourne-based Project Manager to lead industrial, warehousing, and commercial builds from a Western Australia team.

You will manage projects from planning through delivery, mentor site teams, and collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget results while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering required, with 5+ years PM experience in a similar-sized tier/business or senior PM ready to step up.
• MS Project proficiency and ERP system experience are essential for project delivery and coordination.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, problem solving, and autonomous working capability.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Planning: Develop schedules using MS Project, manage critical paths, optimise resources.
• Operational Delivery: Oversee multiple projects with contractual compliance and quality control.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, cost forecasting and financial reporting.
• Team Leadership: Lead site and office personnel, foster a positive team culture.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Run PCG/site meetings and manage client expectations.
• Design & Compliance: Coordinate consultants and ensure OHS, quality and environmental compliance.
