Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Vulnerability Management Team Lead to join our Systems Operations Centre in Australia.

You will lead vulnerability management across enterprise environments, prioritise remediation, and collaborate with infrastructure, cloud and service delivery teams. You will mentor team members, develop governance and reporting frameworks, monitor remediation performance, and drive automation to reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Experience in vulnerability management and security operations.
• Experience leading technical teams and driving accountability.
• Strong knowledge of ASD Essential Eight requirements and remediation practices.
• Hands-on with vulnerability platforms such as Microsoft Defender and Tenable.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, operating systems, applications and cloud technologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience assessing risk and providing security recommendations.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability management activities across enterprise environments and drive remediation.
• Prioritise, track and report on vulnerabilities using Defender/Tenable.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, service delivery and customer teams on remediation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to the team.
• Develop and improve vulnerability management processes, reporting, governance and compliance.
• Monitor remediation performance, analyze trends and reduce risk.
• Produce executive and customer-facing risk and remediation reports.
• Drive automation and security process improvements.
