An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner to join a premier, doctor-owned medical centre in the heart of Caringbah. Operating as a high-performing private billing practice, the facility has cultivated a reputation for delivering premium healthcare to the local community.

The medical centre boasts a sophisticated clinical environment featuring ten modern consultation rooms and a spacious, fully equipped three-bed treatment room. The facility is fully computerized, utilizing Best Practice software and integrated digital systems, such as online bookings and smart check-in triaging, to ensure clinical time is optimized. Practitioners are supported by a comprehensive on-site ecosystem that includes pathology, a compounding pharmacy, and a multidisciplinary team of neurosurgeons, a geriatrician, and various allied health professionals including psychologists, physiotherapists, and dietitians. Clinical staff benefit from a robust support structure designed to streamline daily workflows.

The team is comprised of nine experienced GPs, a dedicated practice manager, and a full administrative suite. A strong emphasis is placed on chronic disease management through a nurse-supported CDM model, with three practice nurses available to assist with clinical procedures and patient care. This collaborative atmosphere allows for significant clinical autonomy, enabling the incoming GP to practice medicine in a way that aligns with their professional values while enjoying 15 to 20-minute appointment slots.
