Job summary

HealthcareLink Trust is seeking a VR GP to join our established boutique medical group serving inner south Sydney and the Sutherland Shire. The role offers a busy patient base with strong clinical support and opportunities for long-term practice development across multiple clinics.

The position is permanent and full-time, with a mixed billing model, supportive nursing and admin teams, and weekday hours 9am–6pm, with Saturday mornings at one clinic.

The Practice This established boutique medical group has been delivering high-quality patient care for more than 11 years. They operate three well-equipped clinics across inner south Sydney and the Sutherland Shire and support a team of approximately 30 GPs and GP Registrars, creating a collegial and supportive environment where doctors can thrive professionally.

The practices operate under a mixed billing model and enjoy strong community engagement, resulting in consistent patient demand and excellent earning potential. Doctors are supported by experienced nursing, administrative and operational teams, allowing them to focus on providing quality clinical care. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, with Saturday consulting available from 9am to 3pm at one clinic.

All sites are closed on Sundays, supporting a healthy work-life balance. A key strength of the group is its integrated healthcare model. Alongside a large GP workforce, doctors have access to a broad multidisciplinary team including physiotherapy, psychology, speech pathology, podiatry, dietetics and counselling services, supporting holistic patient care and convenient internal referrals.
