Job Description
This thriving medical practice, situated in the heart of the vibrant Hills District, offers a premier opportunity for a Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioner to join a high-performing team. Strategically positioned for maximum visibility and patient accessibility, the clinic serves a diverse demographic ranging from young families to retirees. The facility itself is a contemporary, state-of-the-art center featuring twelve spacious consultation rooms, a dedicated separate procedure room, and a large three-bed treatment area.

Operating seven days a week, the practice is exceptionally busy, ensuring that any incoming physician will establish a full patient base immediately. The clinical environment is designed to foster professional excellence through a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach. Incoming doctors work alongside a collaborative team of practitioners and have onsite access to a wide array of allied health services, including physiotherapy, chiropractic care, exercise physiology, dietetics, and psychology, as well as a dedicated skin cancer clinic and DHM pathology.

Professional support is a cornerstone of the practice, with full-time nursing staff providing extensive assistance with Clinical Disease Management (CDM) and procedural work, complemented by an expert administrative team and sophisticated IT systems utilizing Best Practice software. Financial rewards are significant, with a competitive 70% billing split, initial guarantees, and structured incentives.

The practice utilizes a strategic bulk-billing model optimized for the local landscape, allowing for an earning capacity exceeding $3,000 per day when combined with quarterly BBPIP payments.
