Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Vice President of Engineering in Australia to drive technical strategy across multiple teams within Epsilon Retail Media. The role focuses on scalable architecture, high-availability systems, and coaching senior engineers while partnering with product and business stakeholders.

The VP will champion modern engineering practices, cloud technologies (preferably GCP), and continuous process improvement to deliver high-impact retail media products.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern engineering practices and cloud technologies (preferably GCP).
• Expertise in microservices, containerisation, orchestration and scaling low-latency, high-availability systems.
