Prestige Talent Solutions is seeking a passionate Visual Merchandiser to join our team and bring our luxury showroom displays to life across Queensland. You will design, implement, and maintain visually striking layouts that reflect our brand and seasonal trends, collaborating with showroom teams to ensure consistency.

You’ll travel regularly to visit showrooms, stay ahead of industry trends, and balance aesthetics with commercial goals.

Qualifications

Previous experience in visual merchandising for high-value retail sectors.
Strong eye for design, color coordination, and spatial awareness.
Ability to move, style, and assemble furniture pieces for displays.
Confident communication with sales teams and management.
Understanding how merchandising drives sales and customer experience.
Willingness to travel across showrooms regionally.

Responsibilities

Showroom presentation: design and maintain displays aligned with brand standards.
Brand consistency across multiple locations.
Collaborate with showroom managers and sales teams to optimise floor space.
Coordinate with logistics to plan, position, and rotate stock.
Stay up to date with industry trends and customer preferences.
Travel to showrooms regionally to provide hands-on styling support.
