Job summary

H&M Melbourne is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create an inspiring customer experience by applying visual standards and driving commercial performance across stores.

You will analyse sales, manage stock, coach staff on fashion trends and ensure garment care while representing the brand in every customer interaction.

Join a dynamic Store Team and contribute to store expansion efforts with a passion for fashion and service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Visual merchandising and commercial experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of how to manage, analyse and act on sales reports and the selling equation.
  • Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Motivated to create outstanding customer experiences while promoting and driving sales.

Responsibilities

  • Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines and calendars to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care and identify and prioritize opportunities with Store Management.
  • Use trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team for a great customer experience.
  • Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
  • Support Sales Market with store expansion projects.

Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines and calendars to enhance the customer experience and drive sales inyourstore.

Use your trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, equipping them to deliver a great customer experience.

Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
