Overview

We are partnered with Australia's largest wholesaler of fresh flowers and potted products. We are looking for passionate and reliable people with a love for creating beautiful spaces to join our merchandising field team in Melbourne's Eastern Subrubs.

Our floral merchandising team specialise in creating inviting floral & potted displays within major supermarkets throughout Australia.

This opportunity will involve servicing stores located in: South Yarra, Toorak & surrounding areas. Working days for this role will be working 3 days per week - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Potential for other days, Shift start time roughly 7am.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising the company\'s product range in-store at major supermarket chains within your assigned area.
• Create point of sale displays, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained
• Checking stock levels for stores, liaising with store managers
• Bringing stock onto shop floor from loading dock, unpacking, and displaying (lifting up to 12kgs).
• Cleaning display area and checking stock quality
• Customer contact and liaising with store and department managers.

Qualifications

• Own reliable car is essential with Australian driver\'s license.
• Able to work early mornings (6am)
• Prior retail, supermarket or merchandising knowledge is an advantage, but not essential
• Exceptional customer service skills with great communication abilities
• Well presented, with a flair for creativity
• Reliable and physically fit with the ability to work unsupervised
