Job summary

Cotton On Group in Geelong, Victoria is seeking a Creative Visual Merchandising Specialist to join on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will work closely with our Buying and VM teams to build out directives for all Cotton On brands.

You will bring initiative and strong problem-solving skills to create compelling visual stories with product while identifying opportunities through VM to maximise sales. This is a hands-on role at one of Australia's largest retail brands.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar VM or Space Planner role.
• Proven problem solving abilities with VM remit.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Excellent communication with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build out directives for all Cotton On brands in collaboration with Buying and VM teams.
• Create compelling visual stories with product and identify opportunities to maximise sales.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our Cotton On team as a Visual Merchandising Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role you will work closely with our Buying and VM teams to build out directives for all Cotton On brands.

We are looking for someone who has initiative and problem solving skills that assist in creating compelling visual stories with product, whilst also identifying and creating opportunities through VM to maximise sales. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated experience in a similar Support Centre VM or Space Planner role
• Proven problem solve abilities to assess options, identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions with the Visual Merchandise remit
• Proficiency with In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office
• Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
