Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking an in-store Visual Merchandiser for its Bondi location. This is an 18-month contract role focused on bringing the brand to life through bold storytelling and elevated visual moments.

You will deliver world-class execution, maintain VM standards, and strengthen brand identity to support commercial goals. You will drive consistency, create inspiring customer journeys, and coach store teams on visual principles while collaborating with store managers to align on strategy

Qualifications

• Experience in retail Visual Merchandising.
• Strong ability to tell brand stories through displays.
• Ability to coach and develop store teams on visual standards.
• Data-informed decisions to position hero products.

• Collaborate with Store Managers to align on strategy and impact.

The Role - 18 Month Contract

We’re on the lookout for an In-Store Visual Merchandiser who will bring our brand to life in store and inspire our customers through bold storytelling and elevated visual moments.

You’ll deliver world-class execution by maintaining visual merchandising standards, strengthening brand identity and supporting commercial goals. Through hands-on implementation and coaching, you’ll drive consistency, create inspiring customer journeys, and build team confidence in all things VM.
