Job summary

Global Retail Brands in Melbourne is seeking a Visual Merchandise Coordinator to lead on-store VM documentation and setup across multiple outlets.

You will create weekly VM guides, maintain planograms, and collaborate with merchandising and marketing to ensure consistent displays. The role demands strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to travel between stores with a valid driver's license. A full-time role based at our St Kilda Road office with occasional store visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail visual merchandising preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint; basic Excel; Canva and Adobe Suite.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Create VM guides for stores on a weekly/fortnightly basis.
• Develop and maintain planograms for seasonal ranges.
• Produce company guidelines for VM standards, POS, and product placement.
• Collaborate with merchandise and marketing to gather documentation.
• Support the National VM Manager with store VM installations.

Visual Merchandise Coordinator | Global Retail Brands

Are you passionate about home interiors and fancy a bit of decorating? Are youhappy to fly solo, as well as be a team player with an enthusiastic can-do attitude?We are looking for an enthusiastic VM SUPERSTAR to join our growing team!

The role is full time, 5 days in our retail office based on St Kilda Road.

As the Visual Merchandise Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating documentation for stores to assist with all VM related installations throughout our Retail stores.

Reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager you will be responsible for:

Creating VM guides for stores to use on a weekly / fortnightly basis.

Creating company guidelines for all VM related standards, this includes but is not limited to POS, ticketing placement, product placement, display set up

Maintaining planograms for stores to use seasonally for core ranges

Jumping in and assisting the National VM Manager with creating VM for stores to implement.

Work with merchandise and marketing to collate information required for documentation

Meticulous and have a keen eye for detail

Well organised with great time management skills

A passion for VM and attention to detail.

We would love to have you on our team if you:

Previous retail and Visual Merchandising experience is a bonus.

Passionate about home interiors.

Skilled in PowerPoint, with a little Excel.

Confident in Adobe Suite and Canva.

An ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Must have valid driver’s license and access to car to travel between stores
